Ways To Tackle Enuresis (Bedwetting)
Bedwetting can be uncomfortable and embarrassing for both parent and child. It becomes even more so if the bedwetter is an adult. Luckily, there are a few ways to help cope with the problem.
Wet Beds
Bed-wetting or enuresis is an embarrassing and uncomfortable problem for children. It's considered normal up to and including the age of four. It's when it continues into school age and even adulthood that the embarrassment and discomfort escalates.
Preteen Bed Wetting
If your preteen is still wetting his bed at night, don't despair. Plenty of his classmates are doing the same. Bed wetting, or enuresis, is a common problem and about 3% of all 14 year olds wet the bed at night.
Mommy! I Did It Again!
Enuresis or bedwetting is a worry for parents and humiliating for children.  Most children outgrow it.  In the meantime, there are things you can try.
